WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for All purchase. Pickups are available Every day - 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 500 and tiffin plans for coupon holders.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

Amount Same Day(Within 30 minutes to 1 hour)
Order under Rs. 500 Rs. 50
Order Rs. 500 & over FREE

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

TIME TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER

Usually, your order will be shipped and delivered on the same day within 30 minutes to an hour.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: For the tiffin deliveries, we deliver the tiffin two times in a day, between 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

User can deactivate the tiffin subscription to not want to accept the tiffin during deactivation period.

DO WE DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

When there are some events or some inconvenience occurs which is out of our control, we will inform the customer and re-arrange the delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
